Rudra's pov
I fell back at the realization, and it was sinking in slowly. Tears rolled down my cheeks with happiness, shock, and relief. My years of investigation, just looking for her... Finally came to an end.
I hurried out and grabbed the keys of the motorcycle. I need to see her now!
As I bolted out, I saw that it was raining heavily. I didn't care and stepped out, then started the engine.
"Rudra!! Itni baarish Mai kidher jaa raha hai??" My mother yelled out.
(Rudra, where are you going in heavy rain??)
I need to get my answers. I can't wait patiently anymore.
I started driving without informing anyone or replying to my mother.
The raindrops were hitting my face harshly since I was driving fast. My heart was not calming down at all; it was like I'll just die due to the shock.
I was completely drenched, and my body was shivering due to cold and anticipation. It was a long and hard journey. The roads weren't good, and her parental house is located far into the fields, and the path was very bumpy.
Finally, after the long and harsh journey, I reached the destination. I parked the motorcycle aside hurriedly and rushed to knock on the door.
I gulped down my own saliva eagerly; I need to see her right now, or else I'll explode.
The door was finally opened by her brother. And I pushed him aside and stepped inside with long strides.
"Heyy, man. You can't just push me like that. Why are you here, anyway? It's not even been 2 days." Raghu said.
I couldn't care, and I entered into the kitchen, and she was cooking with her mother.
"Sugandha…" I muttered.
I watched her as her pupils dilated, and she stood up from her place.
I stumbled my way towards her and hugged her tight. My soaked state made her sadi wet as well.
I buried my face into her neck and pulled her closer, and we were practically one. My heart finally started calming down once I felt her warmth.

Raghu's mouth opened wide at the sight. He was staring at the couple in utter awe.
But then Jyothi, aka Sugandha's mother, covered Raghu's eyes and dragged him out. She was really embarrassed to witness it and didn't want to spoil Raghu. But he was already spoiled.
"R… Rudra ji, what are you doing? And wh..why are you here at this hour?" Sugandha managed to mutter it out.
Rudra was in a trance and kept hugging her, refusing to break it.
Sugandha gulped and pushed him a bit. She was really shy to face him after what he had just done. She clutched the edge of her pallu and started playing with it while looking at the ground.
"Rudra ji, I still have 2 more days… And why did you even come here while it's raining heavily?" Sugandha asked with concern.
"Sugandha, i…I have only one question, please answer it honestly." Rudra said.
Sugandha hummed back. She was really confused as to why he was here at this hour and fully drenched in rain. She didn't want him to get hurt or catch a fever in any case.
"Do you recognize this cloth?" He asked after pulling it out from his pocket.
Sugandha's eyes widened after looking at it. She couldn't understand what was happening, she didn't know how he got a hold of it.
"Y…yes, it's mine." She said and took it from him.
Rudra held her hand midway. He bore his eyes into hers.
"Is it you? You were the girl that appeared in my life and then disappeared without a trace. It's you, right???" Rudra inquired in anticipation.
Sugandha couldn't believe her ears, her pulse started racing at an alarming rate. She never could have imagined that she would actually fall for the same person twice.
Sugandha stood on her tippy toes and cupped Rudra's face. She kept caressing his features, and tears rolled down her cheeks as the realization hit her.
She let out a loud sob of relief and joy that she had never felt before.
She pulled Rudra's face closer by dragging his collar and attached her lips to his with a lingering kiss. They both shut their eyes and deepened the kiss.
Both of their eyes were filled with tears that kept flowing down as they kissed passionately.
It soon became a rough kiss, and they were literally eating each other. Rudra plunged his tongue inside her, and their tongues battled with each other for dominance.
They finally broke the kiss when they were out of their breath. They let out loud gasps; their hearts were beating faster and faster.
"Mein aapke pyaar mai firse padd gayi." Sugandha murmured.
(I've fallen for you again.)
Rudra's lips formed a longing grin with tears.
"Yes, I loved you. And I fell in love with the same you again." Rudra said and pecked her lips again and again.
They rest their foreheads together and close their eyes in peace and solace.
After a few minutes, Rudra opened his eyes and looked at her pretty face lovingly.
"Let's go to our house. I can't stay apart from you any longer." Rudra said while caressing the side of her cheek.
Sugandha averted her gaze with a timid smile and nodded.
Then, They were about to leave the house, but Jyothi stopped them.
"Please have some dinner with us, Saheb. Until then, the rain will also stop." She said
Rudra sighed and glanced at Jyothi. "It's fine, we'll have it at our house." He said.
He didn't want to stay here at all. He just wanted to be alone with Sugandha in their homely bedroom.
"Ji, wait here… I'll bring my bag." Sugandha said and walked away.
Raghu looked at Rudra and stepped closer to him.
"Aap meri didi ko khush rakhoge na?" He asked Rudra.
(Will you keep my sister happy?)
Rudra looked down at him with a stern face but then smiled slightly. Rudra was exactly like Raghu when it came to Nalini.
"Yes, forever and in every life." Rudra muttered.
Raghu felt relieved. "Abh aap jija ji bolne ki layak ho. Ussi shabh se bulaunga abh aapko, jija ji" he said.
(You've earned the tag brother-in-law. From now on, I'll address you as one, my brother-in-law.)
Rudra chuckled at his demeanor. It really impressed him; it was like watching his childhood version talking to him.
Rudra ruffled his hair and hummed with pride.
"What if I tell you that some men harassed Didi, what will you do?" Raghu asked.
Rudra's smile dropped, and his facial expression became cold and serious.
"Maar dunga unko." Rudra muttered.
(I'll kill them.)
Raghu let out a big smile and spoke out. "Kal aajana fir, jija ji."
(Come tomorrow then, my brother-in-law.)
Rudra smirked dangerously and nodded.
Sugandha intervened after getting her bag and clothes.
"Chale?" She said, looking at Rudra.
(Let's go?)
Rudra glanced at Sugandha and hummed. He held her wrist and guided her out.
It was still raining, but they didn't want to wait any longer. Rudra started the engine, and Sugandha sat in the back.
Sugandha bit her lower lip, then wrapped her arms around Rudra's torso from the back and hugged him tight.
Rudra grinned with joy and a flush of happiness at her gesture.
Their journey of love and passion has started, and they're looking forward to it eagerly.
